SHIPPING AND RETURNS

E-STORE SHIPPMENTS ARE STOPPED DURING SUMMER HOLIDAY BREAK.

From July 31rst 04:00 pm ( French time) to August 28th

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, including a tracking number. You can click on this number or alternatively enter the number on the shipping company’s site.

Delivery times are dependent on the shipping destination and courier. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns section for more information, or alternatively contact us on contact@amcaoval.com.

All our products are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst transit from our warehouse, until the package is in your hands. When your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address they are no longer covered by insurance.

FRANCE :

 

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 calendar days of receipt, postmarked. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment or as a merchandise credit. Items must be returned in the condition in which the product was purchased with their box. Otherwise, the return will not be accepted. The costs of returning the new product are covered by Amca oval.

 

OUTSIDE FRANCE :

 

The return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

In the event of an exchange, Amca Oval will proceed with an exchange of equal value within 14 days in the condition in which the product was delivered, with its box. The cost of returning the item is the buyer’s responsibility. The costs of returning the new product are covered by the buyer.
